 I. Public Hearing for citizen comments on the 2011-2012 Budget .

A. Consideration for Approval of Final 2010-2011 Amended Budget

B. Consideration for Approval and Adoption of Proposed  2011-2012 Budgets for General Fund, Food Service Fund and Debt Service Fund

C. Consideration for Approval of 2011-2012 Stipend Schedule 

D. Consideration for Approval of 2011-2012 Staff Compensation Guide

E. Consideration for Approval of Superintendent Robin Battershell's Recommendation on Personnel for 2011-2012

F. Consideration for Approval of Student Accident UIL  Activities Insurance Coverage III. ADJOURNMENT

Then at 6 pm a second meeting will convene that will contain an executive session to discuss a personel matter:  Hearing and deliberation on proposed nonrenewal of  professional term contract employee . That will be followed with an open session where action may be taken on the item.
