TEXAS RANGERS SEEK MAN KNOWN AS "CARLITO"

Texas Rangers and Hobbs Police Department need the public’s assistance in finding this man The Texas Rangers and the Hobbs (New Mexico) Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the man, whose likeness is shown above. The man, known only as "Carlito," may have valuable information relating to the homicide of Carolina de Leon in Hobbs, N.M., in September 2010 and may have fled to Texas after the crime.
Carlito’s whereabouts are unknown. He was seen with Carolina in a liquor store in Hobbs during the evening hours of Sept. 10, 2010. Carolina’s body was discovered in a field in the city limits of Hobbs on September 11, 2010.
Carlito was known to a few people in Hobbs, and investigators determined that he was not seen in the area after Carolina’s body was found. He was also known to have driven an older model white Ford pickup,
