A 28 year old Waco woman has been arrested on charges of injury to the elderly after a coworker at a local nursing home called police following an incident involving a resident. Eboni Scott was booked into the McLennan County Jail, with Waco police saying the incident involved striking an elderly woman with a hairbrush. The incident occurred in March in a facility in the 3800 block of North MLK Drive. Police investigated and obtained the arrest warrant. She was booked into the McLenan County jail Monday with bond set at $25000.
