Killeen Police need your help locating a 25 year old man wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault.
On Tuesday, March 8, 2011, an officer responded to a report of a sexual assault that had occurred recently to the Child Protective and Regulatory Services. Officers spoke with the 13 year old female victim who gave the officer information about the suspect. It was determined that the victim had been assaulted in the 2800 block of Blackburn Dr. by a male relative. The suspect had left the residence however officers were unable to locate him.
The case was reviewed by the Bell County District Attorney’s Office and a complaint was returned charging Michael James Overton with Aggravated Sexual Assault; Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin issued a warrant for his arrest.
Michael James Overton is a 25 year old black male with curly black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

If the information you provide leads to the arrest of this suspect, you could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 in cash.
