TEMPLE MACHINE SHOP BURGLARY

(TEMPLE POLICE RELEASE)
On 9-13-10, Temple Police took a report of a burglary at Temple Machine Shop, 1401 North 14th Street. The ensuing investigation yielded enough evidence to review this case with the Bell County District Attorney's Office on 9-14-10, and that Office issued a complaint against 22-year-old John Mark Kinsley for Burglary of a Building. Justice of the Peace Ivey then issued an arrest warrant, with a suggested bond of $10,000.

On 11-11-10 at about noon, Officers were called to a residence in the 100 block of East Victory Avenue, in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Officers arrived and detained Kinsley, who matched the suspect description given in the call. They learned that he had permission to be on the property, so no new offense had occurred. However, they also learned he had the above warrant, which they served on him. He was taken to Bell County Jail without incident.
