A Lampasas day care center owner already in jail accused of sexually assaulting a child has now been served with additional charges. The Lampasas Police Department says the new warrant was served on Mylon Ralph Bramer at the jail where he has been held since his arrest in early October. This new charge is for indecency with a child. The victim was of pre-school age at the time of the alleged offense but is an adult now.
The sixty three year old Bramer was arrested in October on the initial charges...picked up at his home where he and his wife run a day care center. Police developed their case after a child who attends the center told parents about being sexually assaulted. Police say they have been interviewing other possible victims, some of whom are now adults.
