Day 3 Summary of Maj Hasan's Article 32 Hearing
Witness testimony continued Thursday in the Article 32 Hearing against Maj. Nidal Hasan, an Army psychiatrist who is charged with 13 specifications of premeditated murder and 32 specifications of attempted premeditated murder in the Nov. 5, 2009 shooting at Fort Hood.
Eleven witnesses testified, all of them Soldiers and several of whom were wounded in the Nov. 5 incident.
Thursday's witnesses were:

During Thursday's Article 32 Hearing procedures both the prosecution and defense were provided the opportunity to question the witnesses. The prosecution's phase of the Article 32 is expected to last until Oct. 29 with the defense's portion expected to begin Nov. 8.
Hasan is considered innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
Testimony by witnesses for the prosecution will continue at 9 a.m. Friday.
