BAYLOR FOOTBALL PLAYERS BUSTED FOR POT

Waco Police have confirmed that two Baylor football players were arrested for possession of marijuana over the weekend.  Both 19-year-old Josh Gordon and 19-year-old Willie Jefferson posted a thousand dollars bond and were released from the McLennan County Jail. 

Waco Police Department Spokesman Sgt. Melvin Roseborough released the following statement:

On October 3rd at 0215 hours officers received a call to 824 S. 6th at the Taco Bell on a man passed out in the driver's seat of a vehicle in the drive thru lane. When officers arrived they saw a baggy of marijuana on the center console of the vehicle. Mr. Jefferson was the driver and Mr. Gordon was the front passenger. When officers got Mr. Jefferson out of the vehicle they found more baggies of marijuana in the front driver's floorboard of the vehicle.
